The OG Kush variety has been included in the cannabis Hall of Fame and has become the best-selling indica variety in the U.S. We decided to go further and adapt this plant to harsh climatic conditions, so that even residents of the cold northern regions would have the opportunity to grow legendary bushes on their site.
To create a hybrid, a selected representative of the original OG Kush was used, which was crossed over several generations with a high-speed cannabis plant. This approach allowed us to preserve all the basic characteristics of marijuana, but reduced the flowering period to 55-60 days. Even with such a rapid maturation, cannabis has retained its high productivity and huge potential.
Growing the OG Kush Fast Version variety
OG Kush Fast Version is an indica–dominant hybrid with a characteristic dark green leaf color and a lush dense structure. Plants exhibit rapid vegetative growth and short internodes. The average growth of cannabis is 120-140 cm. Plants resemble Christmas trees with a large central cola, but the use of combined training allows you to even out the height and form numerous large buds coated with thick resin.
This hybrid will be a great choice for a first grow and ideal for gaining experience in cannabis cultivation. It is not capricious when it comes to watering, nutrition and organization of the microclimate. The bushes are characterized by strong resistance to stress and disease. Thanks to its legendary genetics, it has everything needed for a hassle-free cultivation, and in comfortable conditions, the hybrid can bring its owner up to 550 grams of harvest per square meter of growing area.
As we have already said, this variety is well-suited for outdoor cultivation. Plants are not afraid of wind, low temperatures and interruptions in watering. The only problem that a grower may face is a fungal infection, which often affects inflorescences due to high humidity. To preserve the harvest, it is recommended to perform heavy defoliation and plant it in well-windswept areas. Indoors, it is better to install an extra circulation fan and keep a close eye on humidity levels during flowering. If everything is done correctly, then in early-mid-October it will be possible to collect about 800-1100 g of premium buds from each outdoor bush.
The aroma and effect of marijuana OG Kush Fast Version
The cannabis variety OG Kush Fast Version produces medium-sized buds, but with a high density and a thick layer of sticky resin. They are excellent for both classical use and for the preparation of a variety of extracts. The full aroma reveals itself through organic cultivation and proper flushing before harvest, and the buds release a piney aroma reminiscent of a forest after rain. During tasting, this composition is complemented by notes of spices, citrus fruits and a light sour aftertaste. Among terpenes, camphene, ocimene and alpha-pinene predominate.
The finished product contains 27% THC and will be an excellent companion for completing a hard day's work. It relieves nervous tension, gives a feeling of happiness, carelessness and deep body relaxation. Due to its strong body stone, it is better to conduct the tasting in the evening, so that nothing stands in the way of enjoying the full experience.
